Metamorphic Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides coaching services, digital tools, courses, and other personal development content for informational and educational purposes. All content is owned and operated by Ellie Yates.

We do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or psychological services
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All purchases made through this site, including digital products, coaching services, and courses, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
By purchasing, you agree to pay the full amount listed, including any applicable taxes or processing fees.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to deny future service to individuals who initiate unauthorized chargebacks.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, digital products, journal prompts, coaching methods, tools, branding, and written materials are the intellectual property of Metamorphic Coaching and Ellie Yates. You may not:
Reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any of our content
Claim ownership or authorship of any tools, methods, or downloads
Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
Metamorphic Coaching will not be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages) resulting from the use or inability to use our services, products, or website content.
You acknowledge and agree that participation in any coaching, product, or resource is voluntary and at your own risk.
6. Privacy
Your personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information without consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any course, product, or service at any time for breach of these terms or misuse of content. Refunds will not be granted in cases of policy violations.
8. Affiliate Links & Third Parties
We may include affiliate links or use third-party platforms such as Podia, Stripe, or email services. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party sites and recommend reviewing their individual terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
