Before booking, please note that all services and products are governed by a Coaching Client Agreement which covers payment, refunds, missed or late sessions, and personal responsibility.
To help us honour each other’s time and energy, here are a few key things to know:
No-shows will forfeit the session and will not be refunded.
There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After that, the session will be marked as missed.
Reschedules require 24 hours' notice. If you need to cancel or move your session, please email me in advance.
All payments are final. There are no refunds once a session, product, service or bundle has been purchased.
Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet. A link will be sent after booking.
Packages must be used within the agreed time frame (1 Year after purchase).
By purchasing and attending your session(s), you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. A copy will be sent to you upon booking.
