This 50-minute coaching session is for you if something’s been weighing on your mind, you’re feeling stuck in your head, or you simply need space to figure out your next step.

Together, we’ll slow things down, get clear on what’s real, and explore the shifts that can move you forward with confidence.

This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken.
This is about reconnecting to your own wisdom, making space for what matters, and walking away with a grounded next step you trust.

You’ll leave this session with clarity, calm, and a clear sense of direction.
It’s more than a conversation. It’s a reset.

Coaching Agreement Notice

Before booking, please note that all coaching services are governed by a Coaching Client Agreement which covers payment, refunds, missed or late sessions, and personal responsibility.

To help us honour each other’s time and energy, here are a few key things to know:

  • No-shows will forfeit the session and will not be refunded.

  • There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After that, the session will be marked as missed.

  • Reschedules require 24 hours' notice. If you need to cancel or move your session, please email me in advance.

  • All payments are final. There are no refunds once a session or bundle has been purchased.

  • Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet. A link will be sent after booking.

  • Packages must be used within the agreed time frame (1 Year after purchase).

By purchasing and attending your session(s), you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. A copy will be sent to you upon booking.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on helping you move forward with clarity and action. We don’t diagnose or dwell in the past. Instead, we explore where you are now, what you want next, and how to take aligned steps to get there. If you’re looking for emotional processing or trauma healing, therapy may be the most supportive path. Coaching is best suited if you’re in a place where you want to focus on future goals, build new habits, and create actionable changes.

I’m not new to personal growth. Will this still help me?
Yes. This space is designed for high achieving women who are self-aware but still feel stuck. Even if you’ve done the inner work, we all reach points where we need reflection, structure, or just a sounding board. This process meets you at your edge and helps you move beyond it.

What if I’m already doing well?
Coaching isn’t only for when you’re in a rut. It’s for refinement, expansion, and aligned action. Even if life feels stable, you might be ready to step into your next level and this space gives you the support to do that with intention.
