Terms of Service

By accessing or using this website (www.metamorphiccoaching.com), purchasing any of our digital products or coaching services, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
1. Overview
Metamorphic Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides coaching services, digital tools, courses, and other personal development content for informational and educational purposes. All content is owned and operated by Ellie Yates.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, purchase products, or participate in any coaching services.
2. Coaching Disclaimer
All coaching services, tools, and content offered by Metamorphic Coaching are designed for personal development and reflection. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical advice, or legal/financial advice. You understand that:
Coaching is a partnership focused on clarity, mindset, and intentional growth
We do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical or psychological services
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
3. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
All purchases, including coaching sessions, programs, partnerships, workshops, digital products, templates, downloads, assessments, and other services are final sale and are generally non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule a scheduled coaching session by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Unused coaching sessions, packages, bundles, and coaching credits must be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.1 Ongoing Coaching Partnership
Enrollment in the Metamorphic Coaching Partnership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.
Following the completion of the initial three-month commitment, the partnership will continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled in accordance with the applicable Coaching Client Agreement.
Clients who choose to discontinue the partnership before completing the initial minimum commitment remain responsible for any outstanding fees due during that commitment period unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Metamorphic Coaching Inc.
3.2 Strategy Session Credit
Clients who purchase a Personal Operations Strategy Session and subsequently enroll in the Metamorphic Coaching Partnership may have the full Strategy Session fee applied as a credit toward their first month of partnership coaching.
This credit applies only to the Client's initial month of partnership coaching, has no cash value, and may not be transferred or exchanged for another service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Automatic Billing
Where applicable, ongoing coaching partnerships are billed automatically using the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.
By enrolling in a recurring coaching service, you authorize Metamorphic Coaching Inc. and its payment processor to charge the applicable coaching fees on each recurring billing date until the partnership is cancelled in accordance with the applicable agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method.
If payment cannot be successfully processed, Metamorphic Coaching Inc. reserves the right to suspend coaching services, access to the Metamorphic Hub, scheduling privileges, and related services until payment has been received.
3.4 Exceptional Circumstances
Under exceptional circumstances, Metamorphic Coaching Inc. may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for refunds, credits, session pauses, or alternative arrangements. Examples may include, but are not limited to:
Serious illness or medical emergency
Death of the Client or an immediate family member
Significant unforeseen financial hardship
Other extraordinary circumstances deemed reasonable by Metamorphic Coaching Inc.
Any approved refund, credit, pause, extension, or rescheduling arrangement is entirely at the discretion of Metamorphic Coaching Inc. and does not establish a precedent for future requests. Metamorphic Coaching Inc. reserves the right to request reasonable documentation supporting such requests.
Packages, sessions, and coaching credits are non-transferable.
The Client agrees to contact Metamorphic Coaching Inc. directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through their financial institution or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may constitute a breach of these Terms, and Metamorphic Coaching Inc. reserves the right to deny future services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, digital products, journal prompts, coaching methods, tools, branding, and written materials are the intellectual property of Metamorphic Coaching and Ellie Yates. You may not:
Reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any of our content
Claim ownership or authorship of any tools, methods, or downloads
Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
Metamorphic Coaching will not be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages) resulting from the use or inability to use our services, products, or website content.
You acknowledge and agree that participation in any coaching, product, or resource is voluntary and at your own risk.
6. Privacy
Your personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information without consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any course, product, or service at any time for breach of these terms or misuse of content. Refunds will not be granted in cases of policy violations.
8. Third-Party Services
Metamorphic Coaching may use third-party platforms and service providers to deliver website functionality, scheduling, payments, communications, digital products, coaching services, and related business operations. These providers may include, but are not limited to, Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft, email service providers, and other software platforms.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party providers and encourage users to review their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of this site and services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
