Terms of Service

By accessing or using www.metamorphiccoaching.com, purchasing any coaching services, digital products, assessments, courses, workshops, or participating in any services provided by Metamorphic Coaching Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Overview

Metamorphic Coaching Inc. ("Metamorphic Coaching", "we", "our", or "us") provides coaching services, digital tools, educational resources, assessments, workshops, courses, and related content designed to support personal development and personal effectiveness.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase or participate in any services offered by Metamorphic Coaching Inc.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal growth, reflection, planning, accountability, and decision-making.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is intended for educational and personal development purposes.

  • Metamorphic Coaching Inc. does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical or psychological conditions.

  • You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before coaching services begin.

All purchases, including coaching sessions, partnerships, workshops, digital products, assessments, templates, downloads, and other services are considered final sale and are generally non-refundable.

Scheduled coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased coaching sessions, packages, bundles, and coaching credits expire one (1) year from the original purchase date.

3.1 Personal Operations Partnership

Enrollment in the Personal Operations Partnership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.

Following completion of the initial commitment, the partnership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled in accordance with the applicable Coaching Client Agreement.

Clients who discontinue the partnership before completing the minimum commitment remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed during that commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Strategy Session Credit

Clients who purchase a Personal Operations Strategy Session and subsequently enroll in the Personal Operations Partnership may apply the full Strategy Session fee toward their first month of partnership coaching.

This credit applies only to the Client's initial month of partnership coaching, has no cash value, and may not be transferred or exchanged.

3.3 Automatic Billing

Where applicable, recurring coaching services are billed automatically using the payment method provided during enrollment.

By enrolling in a recurring coaching service, you authorize Metamorphic Coaching Inc. and its payment processor to process recurring payments until your partnership ends in accordance with the applicable Coaching Client Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, Metamorphic Coaching Inc. reserves the right to suspend coaching services, scheduling privileges, access to the Client Hub, digital resources, and related services until payment is received.

3.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Under exceptional circumstances, Metamorphic Coaching Inc. may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for refunds, credits, session pauses, or alternative arrangements.

Examples may include:

  • Serious illness or medical emergency

  • Death of the Client or an immediate family member

  • Significant unforeseen financial hardship

  • Other extraordinary circumstances deemed reasonable by Metamorphic Coaching Inc.

Any approved exception remains entirely at the discretion of Metamorphic Coaching Inc. and does not establish a precedent for future requests.

Packages, sessions, and coaching credits are non-transferable.

Clients agree to contact Metamorphic Coaching Inc. regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

4. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, assessments, worksheets, templates, reports, frameworks, methodologies, digital resources, written content, branding, logos, graphics, videos, downloads, and other proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Metamorphic Coaching Inc.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Publish

  • Sell

  • Commercially exploit

  • Share

  • License

any proprietary materials provided through Metamorphic Coaching Inc.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in coaching services is entirely voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metamorphic Coaching Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in coaching services, use of digital resources, or reliance upon information provided.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

7. Termination

Metamorphic Coaching Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services, access to the Client Hub, courses, digital resources, or other services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payments remain outstanding

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs

  • Continued coaching is no longer appropriate

Where reasonable, notice will be provided before termination.

Refunds will not be issued where services are terminated due to violations of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Metamorphic Coaching Inc. uses third-party providers to deliver various aspects of its services.

These providers may include, but are not limited to:

  • Squarespace

  • CoachAccountable

  • Stripe

  • Google Workspace

  • Google Forms

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Google Meet

  • Email service providers

  • Other software platforms

While we carefully select the platforms we use, Metamorphic Coaching Inc. is not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents, or changes to third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

9. Technology & AI

To improve coaching quality and maintain accurate records, coaching sessions, worksheets, written communications, assessments, and related materials may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed using secure technology platforms, including AI-assisted tools.

These tools are used solely to support coaching delivery, documentation, and client experience.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect confidentiality and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the applicable Coaching Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any written agreements between the Client and Metamorphic Coaching Inc., constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services provided and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, or representations.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Force Majeure

Metamorphic Coaching Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, pandemics, government action, internet outages, power failures, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events.

14. Electronic Communications

By using our website, purchasing services, or communicating with Metamorphic Coaching Inc., you consent to receive electronic communications, including emails, invoices, appointment reminders, account notifications, coaching materials, and other service-related communications.

15. Changes to These Terms

Metamorphic Coaching Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
